The seller of the goods offered in this online store is SIA “MagPro Lab”, Registration No. 40203709814, Bērzu iela 7-77, Baloži, Ķekava Municipality, LV-2112, Latvia, contact email: info@magprolab.com (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), on the one part, and the person placing an order (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), on the other part, hereby enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

Ordering, Payment and Delivery

The Buyer places an order through this website by selecting the type and quantity of the goods to be purchased.

The Buyer may pay for the order using the payment methods integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller shall deliver the goods within [number of days] days after receipt of payment. The delivery time shall be agreed upon with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods by submitting a written notice of withdrawal to the Seller. Upon the Buyer’s request, the Seller will provide the withdrawal form by email.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the notice of withdrawal.

The Buyer shall bear all costs associated with returning the goods to the Seller.

The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• the ordered goods cannot be returned due to their nature, or they are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• the ordered goods have been manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual specifications or are clearly personalized;
• the Buyer has opened the packaging of audio or video recordings or computer software.

According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.”

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s withdrawal request or to deduct appropriate compensation if the goods have been damaged due to improper handling, negligent use, failure to follow the instructions for use, if the original packaging has been lost, or if it has been substantially damaged.

Processing of Personal Data

By providing the information required to place an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of accepting the order, processing the purchase, and delivering the goods in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

By submitting the order, the Buyer agrees to receive email notifications related to the processing and fulfillment of the order.
